Amazing experience with Range Exchange from start to finish. Charlotte was so knowledgeable from first contact and helped select the right model for us. Both she and Lucy then assisted every step of the way and are so friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble. Our 3 oven Dual Control in White Tie was delivered today and we are thrilled! Fitters were friendly, careful, and tidy, you'd never know they'd been here. Our Aga is like brand new and we're so happy! Thank you all of the Range Exchange team, highly recommended company!

Such a lovely experience! Who would have thought selling my Aga could be such a pleasure! Lloyd made me a competitive offer by e mail after I’d sent my photos. We arranged a day & then Andrew & Jake arrived on time and within an hour & half it was all done. They have all the kit to climb steps & load even on a busy road with double yellows. They were friendly cheery and efficient. I must admit I ‘ve grown to expect grumpy delivery people not the courtesy of these guys. They rang Lloyd within 5 minutes of being in my kitchen having confirmed the Aga was as photographed and he transferred the funds to my bank account immediately. It was such an easy process for us and the communication was excellent throughout. We were never in doubt as to what was happening and it all went like clockwork. Thank you. Geoff & Louise

Ordered electric AGA range and module March 2024
Delivered and installed June - module 30 amp not tested as power not available.
July power available but showing fault to module - phoned Range Exchange.
Fitter finally arrives October and orders two new module" cut in "stats which arrive in two days. The subcontracted installation company did not return till post Christmas to fit the replacement stat. we managed to get by through using the Aga two hobs that have been working from the onset in June, Range Exchange have been apologetic for part of their service that is not entirely in their control.

We have been used to a gas AGA. We were impressed by the eco credentials of the Everhot and how you can control temps closely to suit your needs.Range Exchange contacted us when they received one in the colour we wanted. From the word go range exchange have been fantastic. The customer service delivery and instillation was excellent. They even delivered during the adverse weather like another day at the office! Originally I was unsure about buying a reconditioned AGA but we purchased from Range Exchange earlier this year and the whole process was perfect, very helpful in finding what we wanted originally, sending exact information and photo's etc of what we would be getting. The team that installed turned up on time and did a great job with no unexpected problems. It also came with a 2 year warranty.

We purchased a hood for the AGA direct from AGA and the 2 guys who delivered it also install new one's for AGA, they thought ours was a brand new AGA!!!

Every single person who has seen our AGA thought it was brand new, it is great, works and looks like new, but cost us less than half the price of a new one, I can honestly say that I don't know why you would buy a new one!!

I took delivery of my five oven total control yesterday. Cannot rate the overall purchase experience highly enough. Charlotte and Lucy were fantastic throughout and the installation engineers top draw. No hesitation in recommending.

I’m so glad I found the Range Exchange website whilst browsing Everhot cookers. I happened across one and left an enquiry which was answered promptly. It had already been sold but Charlotte traced me down a few days later whilst I was driving to offer me another Ev90i which was what we wanted - only two years old and priced at 40% less than a new one including free delivery and installation. It duly arrived on my chosen date and the delivery team made quick work of installing it despite some connection issues. It was in showroom condition and since then has performed faultlessly. Throughout the ordering process the company were more than helpful answering my many naive questions with great forbearance. We could not have asked for more. Well done!

Amazing service. They bought my AGA. Picked it up when they said, carefully protected all the surfaces and neatly removed it in 30 minutes flat. Really professional job and left my house neat and tidy.

Sold my Everhot through Range Exchange - very pleased with the price and timely, professional removal. Peter and Sean extremely customer-focused in what turned out to be a challenging removal - they covered all the floors and my grass with boarding to ensure there were no scratches or marks. Having missed out on two Everhot cookers that turned out to be the wrong size , it was third time lucky ! What a wonderful company to deal with. Buying an AGA can be confusing, with so many options available, but not I am pleased to say at The Range Exchange. I contemplated buying a new AGA but after reading all of the reviews, talking to the girls at The Range Exchange I am so pleased that I did not. I explained my requirements and was advised from a very well informed young lady as to which model I should be looking at, and the cost involved. The saving on buying new was unbelievable, and the lovely Aga I chose as far as I could tell looked brand new, but at half the money, now why would you buy new. Everything worked like clockwork, delivery was on time made by very helpful chaps, no payment was requested until we were completely satisfied and the AGA was installed in our home, how good is that, I do not know of another company that is so trusting as to install and then take payment, it just does not seem to happen nowadays. My wife and I are delighted with our purchase, it is a beautiful integral part of our home now, not just a cooker. Having bought direct from the manufacturers once before, I would never do it again, and would urge all of you contemplating buying an AGA to go down the route I have just taken, it is really, really, so much better in every respect, not just financially, although that is a superb bonus. I have used Range Exchange at least 3 times over the years and every time the service has been excellent. The reception staff are brilliant, well informed, helpful, polite and nothing is too much trouble. I have had 3 different agas including gas, electric and a module. They have all been perfect. The company are efficient and stick to your timescales. The delivery was painless and recommended fitters very good. I have been more than pleased. They offer great value for money. Highly recommended to Aga. lovers and virgin Aga purchasers.

We tried to buy an Everhot cooker but there were issues with it before delivery. They gave us a loan cooker in the interim but were unable to obtain the parts to fix the Everhot. We cancelled the order after a number of weeks and received an immediate refund. In one sense disappointing, but I am giving the company five stars as they immediately supplied a loan Aga when they discovered they could not deliver the Everhot as ordered. Additionally , after a period of weeks when we lost patience waiting for another Everhot to come in matching our specifications they gave us an immediate refund. They further agreed to pick up the loan cooker on the date requested.
