This cooker will require a plinth to bring it up to standard worktop height (900mm). This would be an additional £250.

This cooker arrives in component form and installation is taken care of by a local Aga engineer after delivery. We will put you in contact with the engineer when you place your order with us so that you can liaise directly wit them. You will need to budget approx £600 for this.

The eControl uses heating elements which are strategically placed throughout the cooker to allow the different cooking zones to be used independently like a Total Control Aga cooker.

* This system allows you to switch between simmering and baking oven temperatures in the same oven. 

* It offers an ‘Eco’ mode which allows you to drop the overall temperature of the hobs and ovens separately. It also enables you to get to cooking temperatures quickly. This takes around 10 minutes for the hot plates and around an hour for the ovens.

* Independent control – Unlike traditional alternatives the eControl System has independent control between hobs and ovens. This provides maximum flexibility for the user and critically means that the hob temperatures won’t suffer when ovens are in use.

* Please be aware, as it is a retrofitted system, the eControl uses steel hot plates, these are smaller than the cast iron hot plates used on the genuine Total/Dual Control Aga cookers.

* As this is an electric cooker, this model does not need to be serviced in the same way that a traditional fuel type does. It is clean burning, therefore no carbon is produced to clog up working parts. We do recommend you have an electrician come to check the consumable parts are in good working order every 3-4 years.

* 2 & 4 ovens require a 32 amp fused spur supply.
* 3 oven requires a 40 amp fused spur supply.

* Can be fitted anywhere in the kitchen due to no flue or chimney requirements.

 The cooker has smart, black side panels, keeping in line with the latest Aga cooker design.
