Cheshire Home Cooking Experience with an Aga Total Control

On Saturday, 9th May 2026, Sarah continued her demonstrations in a private Cheshire home, this time showcasing the capabilities of the Total Control.

The event hosted 12 guests and focused on hands-on cooking demonstrations in a real home environment, including:

  • Perfect roast joint with juicy meat
  • Golden roast potatoes cooked the traditional Aga way
  • Light and fluffy Yorkshire puddings
  • A perfectly baked chocolate cake
  • Seasonal sides and accompanying dishes and more

Guests were treated to a full tasting experience while Sarah explained how the Total Control cooker features and benefits.

Events like these highlight the true value of owning a reconditioned Aga. Rather than just being a cooker, an Aga becomes the heart of the home, bringing people together through food, conversation, and tradition.

Key takeaways from the two days included:

  • The versatility of modern reconditioned Aga cookers
  • How cast iron cooking delivers exceptional flavour and consistency
  • The importance of understanding your cooker’s zones and heat control
  • How electric Agas are the most popular option in traditional and modern style kitchens.

At Range Exchange, we believe education is just as important as installation. Seeing an Aga in action – especially with an expert like Sarah Whitaker – helps customers understand the full potential of their cooker before they buy.

We’d like to thank Sarah for her time, expertise, and passion for cast-iron cooking, and all the guests who attended the events.
