Excellent service from the Range Exchange from start to finish. We purchased a reconditioned Total Control Electric Aga, I love the fact that you don't pay a penny until it is fitted, working and you are happy with it. Even though we had issues on the day with delivery where unfortunately the delivery driver broke down about 4 miles from our home, the Range Exchange got the breakdown recovery service to bring the delivery van to our house to ensure delivery of the Aga. Delivery was fantastic the guys were very careful of your property and installing the Aga and gave an explanation of how to use it. I would totally recommend this company.

Excellent service our 3 oven TC Aga was delivered on Thursday by Will and Pete what a fabulous team they are so professional and a credit to the Range exchange the Aga is like new and cooks beautifully so far cakes, roast dinner and a cooked breakfast have turned out brilliantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and before I go Charlotte must get a mention as she was also extremely helpful on ordering our Aga once again a big thank.

Really superb service, from start to finish. Range Exchange were so helpful, efficient and polite, and recommended a very good local Aga expert for installation.The Aga I received was genuinely as good as new - beautifully re-enameled and polished up to perfection. It looks perfect (forgive my terrible picture!) I cannot recommend Range Exchange highly enough.

I am delighted to review Range Exchange The company has provided an excellent service. It's clear they know and understand agas. I have exchanged an electric dual control for a gas, balanced flue, always on! aga and I love it. The company carefully removed the electric aga on the agreed date. They texted the day before to confirm the arrangements. The next day Chris and Gary built the new aga. It works beautifully and I love it. I have no hesitation in recommending Range Exchange or Appliance Care Engineers. I am very happy with the service I received and delighted with my lovely aga.

We ordered our AGA, waited 2 months for delivery,. The week before delivery we were told they wouldn't be able to deliver, even though for 8 weeks they said delivery would not be an issue - we sent photos and dimensions as requested and were assured the whole time it would be ok. When we questioned why a week before was it suddenly an issue, we had no explanation other than `we cant do it`. UTTERLY DISAPOINTING, we had bespoke oak units specially fitted for the AGA. So BEWARE future buyers. I think the girls in the office are happy to take the order, but they clearly outsource the delivery of the cookers.

We received an absolutely excellent service. The AGA we purchased (traditional gas fired two oven model) was closer to “as new” condition than we ever could have hoped for. Our installers - experienced AGA installers with 58 years of experience between them - commented as to how high quality the refurbishment has been. I can’t imagine how a brand new model could give us much more considering what we have purchased is a mk-III spec with components that are only a few years old. Everyone I spoke to at Range Exchange was extremely helpful and pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

For anyone agonising over whether they should buy a reconditioned AGA read on....I had the same misgivings, but the massive cost saving over a newoven prompted me to look closely at my options.I finally chose Range Exchange because I read their reviews, liked their quote and felt confident , after speaking to their staff, that they would deliver.What a great decision! Range Exchange went Above and Beyond!!They delivered a fantastic product (like new), on the day they promised, and took care of the fitting details too!!I'm absolutely thrilled with my reconditioned Aga and the fantastic savings we made!! Absolutely amazing service . From the office to delivery. I forgot to order the engineer the company with no hesitation took the parts back organised the engineer for me to coincide with when they could redeliver . there was no extra charge and all done with exceptional customer service. Cant recommend enough. If like me you were considering new there is really no need this is just as good in all departments

What an amazing level of customer service.From the initial conversations to the final delivery & fitting was just fantastic.Having recently moved from London to Kent I was fully prepared for the London experience of uninformed , missed delivery , wrong product so imagine my surprise when I got what I ordered , when I needed it at the price I wanted and that's even after I changed the colour half way through my order.The sales , delivery and fitting was so stress free , all businesses should be run like Range Exchange.

Wow I have been let down at great cost by Loyd Hitchmough of Range Exchange this week. A date three or four weeks ago was set to purchase and remove my aga by Loyd. He said he would call the day before to re-confirm. I didn't receive that confirmation. After a couple of emails and phone messages from me, he calls on the day to say his guy would be coming. He then called later to say his guy was late and then he couldn't come at all. We agreed that we could come the next morning.... Which came, and I received a text message from Loyd again saying he can't come 'because the workshop have sent him to Cornwall'. I then asked if it could be re-arrange a third time (at great inconvenience to us... ) And I got a short text back saying 'sell it to someone else'. Loyd knew the removal of this AGA was time sensitive to us because we have house renovations starting within days.He has caused us massive inconvenience and it now means we will have to pay someone at very short notice to dismantle it, when we could have organised another buyer weeks ago.

This Company were an absolute pleasure to deal with, I couldn't recommend them highly enough. All correspondence was efficiently answered, and technical knowledge was given in order to ensure all the kitchen dimension were correct before install. I’ve recently moved out of a busy heptic city lifestyle, trying to reconnect with my partners and my rural lifestyle. We both agreed, that nocountry kitchen is complete without an Aga range cooker!
